MINIMUM PURCHASE: 5000 Impressions
Schedules can be run at the above rates so that impressions are concentrated in shorter time frames to add heavy message pressure and exposure for special events and launches.


2. ONLINE AD BANNER STATISTICAL DATA REPORTING

Upon activation of the Ad Banner, NOLA.Tv will provide you with a secure Password and the URL (Web Address) to our advertisers administrative access web page. Advertisers will have 24 hour online access to the following statistical data

1. Total Daily/Overall Impressions (Banner Exposures)
2. Total Daily/Overall Click-Thru's
3. Total Daily/Overall Click-Thru Percentage
4. Total Daily/Overall Click-Thru Ratio

For a $100 monthly fee, weekly statistical reports may be forwarded to client via fax.


3. FREQUENCY DISCOUNTS FOR ADVERTISING CONSECUTIVE MONTHS

1. 3 consecutive months = 10%
2. 6 consecutive months = 25%
3. 12 consecutive months = 40%


4. ADVERTISING FILE CAPABILITIES & LIMITATIONS

NOLA.Tv currently accepts the following banner file formats:

    JPEG
    GIF
    Animated Gif
    Flash (SWF)


5. BANNER SIZE SPECIFICATIONS

  • Banner dimensions: 468 x 60(15k-max), 728 x 90(20k-max) (top of page banners) and 120 x 60(15k-max), 300 x 250(20k-max), 160 x 600(25k-max) ( along the Nav Bar).

  • File size is 15k-25k max.

  • Your banner will be hyper-linked to an address of your choice.

  • Each advertiser may run a maximum of 3 separate banners at any one time during their campaign.

  • NOLA.Tv requires 48 hour advance notice when submitting banner changes.

    6. ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Advertisements are subject to the terms and conditions of NOLA.Tv 's applicable standard advertising agreement. NOLA.Tv reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any advertisement. Prices, terms, and specifications subject to change without notice. NOLA.Tv does not accept pornography, firearms, or recruitment advertising.


    7. BILLING INFORMATION

    NOLA.Tv will invoice client once all purchased impressions have been delivered.


    8. ACTIVATION

    NOLA.Tv will utilize banners provided by the client. Banners should be sent via e-mail, or we should be notified of the URL to access the banner.

    NOLA.Tv can help first-time clients ( or clients who are dissatisfied with current banners) to create a banner that effectively conveys messages. Banner designs start at $100 (for one hour of work).


    9. AVAILABLITY

    NOLA.Tv banner advertising operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.
