While many are trying to rebuild their lives from Katrina, Alfred Uzomah was destined to another mission to find answers about Jesus the Christ. From the shores of the Gulf Coast, to the banks of Africa, Alfred set out over the great waters, riding waves and currents to a different beat, then those waters that gushed into New Orleans as the levees were breached during hurricane Katrina. Perhaps, his mission was to charter a course that would give him a better understanding as to, who God really is, and who is Jesus. His efforts to find answers leads to the development of a documentary called "The Word On The Street".
From capturing video footage of the Iberville Project in New Orleans, to the streets in Johannesburg, South Africa. Alfred Uzomah, a skilled video editor saw himself being used by God to bring forth the Good News, and to bring out a more profound mesage than those of drugs and violence that plague our inner city streets. Moverover, a message of the love of Christ, not just Christ loving mankind, but how mankind loves Christ all over the world.
Check out this documentary, and the work of God's hands over Alfred's life, the Potter's House in Dallas, New Orleans citizens to the people in Johannasburg. This is by no means, a measure of God's love over another elsewhere in the world, its just a reminder that we all care, and God loves us too.
